is the head of the homeowners association and knocks on Chloe’s door informing
her that her house is painted the wrong color. She insists Chloe pays a
fine, and repaint her house. Chloe refuses and drags Lola in the house.
Chloe removes Lola’s shoes to reveal black nylons on her feet. Chloe decides
to tickle Lola into changing her mind, and Lola squirms at the idea alone!
Lola is very ticklish! Chloe tickles her nylon covered soles with her fingers
and cuts off the toes on her nylons to reveal her bare ticklish toes. She

Lola still won’t budge on her decision. Chloe ties her in a new position,
