| Scarlett has just started
to enjoy wearing pantyhose and she now wants to be tickled in them. When
Chloe arrives the two girls realize they are wearing matching silver and
gold sequin dresses with pantyhose, of course. Chloe is even wearing a
feather boa that she is planning on using to tickle Scarlett. Chloe starts
by restraining Scarlett and fastens her ankles in the stocks. It’s a good
thing because even with the first stroke of Chloe’s fingers across Scarlett’s
soles sends her into a squirming, screaming frenzy. Chloe tickles her
with all different types of feathers and her fingers too. Scarlett really
seems to be enjoying this and it’s making Chloe laugh as well. The laughter
