| Two pedal pumping adventures in one video! We
find Penny painting her toenails, and Chloe asks her to take Grandpa’s
old 68 Chrysler Imperial out for a spin. Chloe explains to her how finicky
the car is, but Penny thinks she has it under control. Boy, was she wrong!
Immediately upon trying to start it, she has trouble. Her bare toes pump
the pedals, trying to figure out the right combination to get it going.
After what seems like a lifetime, she gets the old car moving. She gets on
the freeway and really gives it the gas. Driving through the neighborhood,
she stalls it at a stop sign, and finds herself trying to pump it back to
life again. Does she ever make it back home? In the next segment, we find
Madeline behind the wheel of the Imperial trying to pump it with her bare
feet. Alicia comes home and tries to help her solve the problem. She tells
Madeline how to pump it, then gets behind the wheel herself. Wearing Dr.
Scholls sandals, she presses into the cars gas pedal and pleads for it to
start. She even tries it barefoot but the car won’t budge. The girls
each exhaust themselves, and then decide to forget it and take the other
car, Alicia’s Buick. That car won’t start either! Watch them pump the
