| Prison guard Olivia is training a new recruit named Juliet on how to punish prisoners. Prisoner Lexi, wearing only a bra and panties, is forced to smooth her body with lotion, them put on a pair of pantyhose for her tickle torture punishment. Apparently, the pantyhose make her more sensitive. Lexi is secured with her hands cuffed over her head and her feet secured to a spreader bar. Olivia instructs eager Juliet on the best methods of tickle torture. They both start at the feet and very slowly work their way up her body with their tickling fingers. After they reach the top, they start all over again at her feet with feathers, and then continue their relentless tickling with a soft hairbrush. Lexi laughs and squirms, but the guards are having too much fun to stop the torture or to care about her discomfort. Olivia thinks Juliet is doing so well at the job, she leaves her alone to tickle the prisoner more. In the next scene, we see both Olivia and Juliet with their ankles bound together, and there pantyhose covered soles propped up on the table. Lexi is now in a guard uniform and is in charge! Anxious to get her revenge, she concentrates on their helpless feet and thoroughly works them over with her fingers, feathers, and a brush.
