Dylan needs a break from work and goes outside to smoke a cigarette. She is walking on the patio and steps right onto a mealworm with the heel of her black leather pumps. Dylan notices there are worms and slugs everywhere and she's been stepping on them all along. These tiny bugs don't stand a chance with Dylan around, even if she doesn't notice the damage she is creating beneath her feet. The next day at work Dylan excuses herself from the office to make a few phone calls outside. She paces the pavement without seeing the destruction her steps produce. Her black pointed flats obliterate worms, snails and spiders with every step, she leaves nothing behind but a pile of mush. Dylan will do anything to get out of the office and is out for a smoke again the following day. Once more she crushes with every stride.
